By combining the basics of ball sports, gymnastics, martial arts, track & field, and tennis, our unique multisport platform enables us to achieve developmental milestones and unlock your child’s full potential. Each term young athletes have the chance to explore different sports.

Taking advantage of the window of opportunity that exists to develop physical literacy, motor abilities, and sports skills that are crucial for a child’s physical, emotional, social, and intellectual development, our program sets the building blocks of an athletic lifestyle for a lifetime.

MULTI-SPORT FUNDAMENTALS FOR 6 - 9 YEARS OLD ATHLETES

Our training process is delivered in a well-structured environment. During each practice, we focus on the particular development of one or more motor abilities. Young athletes will learn basic technical elements of different sports, rules, and tactical concepts. In addition, during practice athletes have a chance to apply learned skills in different game situations. We expose our participants to many sports activities and games from around the world.

For this age group our program is divided into 3 terms

LEARN TO TRAIN FOR 10-13 YEARS OLD ATHLETES

Our training process is delivered in a well-structured environment. During each practice, we focus on the particular development of one or more motor abilities. Young athletes will learn basic technical elements of different sports, rules, and tactical concepts. In addition, during practice athletes have a chance to apply learned skills in different game situations. We expose our participants to many sports activities and games from around the world.

Our older athletes begin with the “Learn to Train” stage. Their training process is a one year cycle that prepares young athletes for future sport specialization. During this cycle, the focus will be on learning basic technical-tactical elements, rules, strategies, and a combination of these sports:
    • Basketball
    • Soccer
    • Team Handball
    • Volleyball
    • Ski school – optional but highly recommended
In the later stage of the one year cycle, athletes will apply learned skills and elements to a game situation. In addition, martial arts, tennis, track and field, basic gymnastic elements, and many different sports games and activities are still a part of the program to provide necessary motivation and motoric diversity.
