Taking advantage of the window of opportunity that exists to develop physical literacy, motor abilities, and sports skills that are crucial for a child’s physical, emotional, social, and intellectual development, our program sets the building blocks of an athletic lifestyle for a lifetime.
MULTI-SPORT FUNDAMENTALS FOR 6 - 9 YEARS OLD ATHLETES
Our training process is delivered in a well-structured environment. During each practice, we focus on the particular development of one or more motor abilities. Young athletes will learn basic technical elements of different sports, rules, and tactical concepts. In addition, during practice athletes have a chance to apply learned skills in different game situations. We expose our participants to many sports activities and games from around the world.
For this age group our program is divided into 3 terms
Fall
- Listening skills
- Reactions to audio-visual signals and commands
- Development of locomotor skills, fundamental movements, and basic sports skills
- Basic ball handling skills
- Basic gymnastics skills
Winter
Spring
- Learning fundamental tennis elements
- Track and Field basics – running, jumping, and throwing skills

During this cycle, the focus will be on learning basic technical-tactical elements, rules, strategies, and a combination of these sports:
