Sonja was educated in Europe and began her teaching role as a Health and Physical Education JK – 12, graduated at the University of Zagreb – Faculty of Kinesiology, Yugoslavia in 1988. She is a Certified Phys. Ed, Math, and Special Ed. Teacher, OCT since 2007. She is the co-founder of the Universal Sports School Junak – Toronto since 2001. Sonja is also a certified ski instructor, CSIA and together with Sarac, has coached skiing at Ski School Junak since 2002. She is a former competitive volleyball player and the proud mother of three beautiful kids.
